Job Description
An Executive Assistant to the COO provides executive-level support to the Chief Operating Officer.
Maintaining the COO’s schedule
Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
Providing logistical and travel support
Working on operations-related projects, reporting directly to the COO
Maintaining an accurate and detailed calendar to COO
Tracking COO’s tasks and projects to ensure appropriate prioritization of projects
Conducting preliminary research on a variety of topics.
Any other reasonable tasks as relayed by the Chief Operating Officer
Personal Profile
Young female between the age of 20 and 35.
Education
A Bachelor’s Degree in a related fields
Skills
The ability to converse and communicate well with top management
Computer literacy is required
Good multitasking skills, and the ability to work under pressure
Strong English speaking, reading and writing skills
The ability to apply good judgment and make good decisions
Experience in managing event logistics.
