The job holder will deliver the following regular design and construction activities of the Company accurately within the Company deadlines:

• Design works for network stations: Design preparation works of existing network stations, new station development, supervise outsourced design works, control and evaluate all design works, archiving of design records of stations for reference purpose, design metal production works and control during fabrication at workshops, update site layout of upgraded existing stations, prepare design contract agreement for specific Job.

• Prepares project documentations: prepare technical specification and bill of quantities for site constructions, prepare tender documents, work orders and contract documents, perform technical evaluation for civil work bid documents, prepare take-off sheets and payment certificates, and cost estimates.

• Supervise, advise and consult civil construction projects of stations: Supervise on civil works of existing retail outlets, assess fixed properties on stations, supervise insurance coverage, consult and follow dealer owned dealer operated (DODO) sites, consult and advise on new development CODO/DODO stations layouts and constructions.

• Enforce HSEQ requirements and procedures: carry out risk assessments and prepares preventive plan, ensure contractor's compliance to the preventive plan and HSE rules, participate in HSE awareness campaigns and HSE toolbox talk, contribute to the continuous improvement of Worksite Safety and contractor's HSE Culture, Report anomalies, near misses, or accidents, intervene and stop unsafe operations.

Educational background

• BSc. degree in Architectural, and Civil/Mechanical Engineering

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 2 years professional experience in design and drafting.

• Diploma in Auto CAD and Archi CAD from recognized college is a plus.

• Ability to interact efficiently with other staff and have good communication skill.
