Job Description
Analysing and optimizing preventive, corrective, and functional maintenance, on reliability and quality as well as on costs.
Responsible for 7 locations and a fleet of 15 trucks
Drawing up maintenance plans and improvement proposals and managing them in the maintenance management system.
Stock management, planning and reordering of wear- and spare parts.
Perform failure analyses by identifying the root cause.
Training colleagues and operators ‘on the job’.
Managing technical information, quotations and / or project requests.
Leading a team of 6 multi skilled technicians
Supervising work in progress and successful delivery by third parties.
Job Requirement
5 years and above professional work experience in a manufacturing environment.
B.SC in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or electrical engineering.
Being able to work independently and dare to take decisions.
Has sufficient knowledge of manufacturing processes.
Can set up priorities regarding the different works.
A team player with good English communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
You need to have a hands-on approach and have solution-oriented way of working.
