Bank managers oversee the management of one or several bank activities. They set policies which promote safe banking operations, ensure the economic, social and commercial targets are met and that all the bank departments, activities and commercial policies are in compliance with legal requirements. They also manage employees and maintain an effective working relationship among the staff.

Job Requirement

• MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, Economics or related fields.

• Work experience: 3/4 years’ General Work Experience of which 1 year as, internal Auditor, SCSO accounts or equivalent position in Banking Industry.

Work place: Branches under ((East Finfinne District; Golbo, Gora, Harbu Mari, Bashale, Migra, Robale, Africa Avenue, Ariya Bashale, Loke, Bole Bulbula, Kore Guyo, Salo Gora & MOENCO) and (West Finfinne District; Ebisa Adugna, Hora Ambo, Hurufa Rare, Sheik Bakiri Sapalo & Teqwa).
