Job Description
Branch managers are responsible for the management of all the affairs related with a company in a specific geographic region or business branch. They receive indications from the headquarters, and depending on the structure of the company, they aim to implement the strategy of the company while adapting it to the market where the branch operates. They envision management of employees, communications, marketing efforts, and follow up to results and objectives.
Job Requirement
Qualification: MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management or related fields.
Work experience: A 4/5 years’ General Work Experience of which 1 year as, CSM-I, Manager, Banking Operation Management -I, Senior Banking Operation Office-I or equivalent position in Banking Industry.
Work place: Branches under ((Dire Dawa District; Kombolcha, Bordode, Doba, Guba Koricha, Hawi Gudina & Shenen Dhugo) and (Shashemene District; Ali, Dawe Kachen, Gasera, Harana Buluk, Mada Walabu & Obora branches).
