Bank managers oversee the management of one or several bank activities. They set policies which promote safe banking operations, ensure the economic, social and commercial targets are met and that all the bank departments, activities and commercial policies are in compliance with legal requirements. They also manage employees and maintain an effective working relationship among the staff.

Job Requirement

• Qualification: MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management or related fields.

• Work experience: 5/6 years’ General Work Experience of which 2 years as, CSM-I, Manager, Banking Operation Management-II, Senior Banking Operation Office-I or equivalent position in Banking Industry.

Work place: Branches under ((West Finfenne District; Taro, Teqwa, Derara Kefani, Gedo & Hora Ambo); (East Finfine District; Dolo Budena, Golbo, Gora, Harbu Mari, Africa Avenue, Ariya Bashale, Loke, Kore Guyo, Salo Gora, MOENCO, Bishoftu, Dukem, Gara Baru & Oda Nabe); (Hawassa District; Liban, Girja, Haro Walabu, Shakiso, Bariso Dukale, Hambala Wamana, Moyale, Taltale, Arero & Elle); (Dire Dawa District; Boke & Mufti Sh/Adam Tula) and (Shashemene District; Al-husna & Kuyera)).
