Job Description
Human capital management (HCM) is a relatively new field of study that focuses on the management of human resources in an organization. Human capital managers are responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, performance management, and more.
Qualification: MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Business Leadership Marketing Management or related field of studies.
Work experience: A minimum of 8/9 years’ Banking work experience of which 3 (three) years as Senior Human Capital Management Officer-II /Senior Talent Acquisition Officer-II /two year as Team Leader in Human Resource Management area or equivalent position.
Work place: North Finfine District Office.
Ability of listening, Speaking, Reading & writing ‘Afaan Oromoo’ English and Amharic Language is Mandatory.
