Job Description
The food and beverage service supervisor directs and schedules kitchen, bar staff and food and beverage servers. During peak hours they may assist in seating or serving customers and ensure the cleanliness and general look of the dining room.
Job Requirement
Qualification: Level IV and above in Hotel Management/ F&B Supervision or Related fields
Work Experience & skill: 4 years and above in known hotel and related experience is mandatory Good communication skill
