Overview

REALITY REAL ESTATE is one of the fastest growing real estate companies in Addis Ababa which specializes in building luxury apartments and commercial/office buildings. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing deals. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in real estate sales.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Generate leads through networking, marketing, and advertising efforts

  • Identify customer needs, preferences, and financial concerns

  • Conduct successful office consultation and site visits

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients

  • Negotiate and close deals

  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure excellent client satisfaction & successful transactions

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets

  • Efficiently use CRM software

  • Stay up date with the real estate market

  • Attend industry events, meetings and conferences to expand knowledge and network

  • Manages time efficiently, share company vision and Ability to work weekends, evenings & some holidays as required.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • BA/BSC Degree in any field of studies with a minimum of 2 years proven a track record of successful sales experience in Real Estate Company is required.
