Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• MSc or BSc Degree in Industrial Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Science, Applied Biology, Applied Chemistry. 

• General Job Descriptions: 

• To ensure incoming materials, in-process and final products are inspected and verified against predetermined requirements. Ensuring the conduct of process monitoring on production processes, and cleaning and sanitation programs and verify that predetermined requirements are met. To ensure that adequate supports are provided for the effective implementation of quality and food safety management systems are implemented throughout MBWM. Ensuring that effective laboratory management system is implemented with the ultimate objective of generating valid results.

• Work Experience

• 5/7 years of relevant work experience in Food and Beverage Company.

• Training:-Shall have attended trainings on quality and Food Safety Management System on international Standards
