We are looking for a detail-oriented Group reservation agent to assist our customers with their booking needs. They will provide various and detailed information about all Haile Hotels and Resorts Group properties. Their job scope consists of booking services, answering customers’ questions, making travel suggestions, and booking rooms.

We are looking for someone who requires minimal supervision and excellent customer service skills. Additionally, Ability to up-sell and have excellent knowledge of deals and savings available to customers.

Job Requirements

Qualifications: 

• BA in Hotel and Tourism Management or a related field

• 1-2 Years’ experience in Haile Hotels and Resorts Group

• Excellent Customer Service Skills

• Computer literate and fluent in speaking & writing skills in the English language

• Selling Skill

• Proven job reliability and attention to detail.
