Oversee the management of one or several bank activities. They set policies which promote safe banking operations, ensure the economic, social and commercial targets are met and that all the bank departments, activities and commercial policies are in compliance with legal requirements. They also manage employees and maintain an effective working relationship among the staff.

Job Requirement

• Qualification : A minimum of BA  degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Marketing Management or related field of discipline

• Experience:  Must have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years’ service at a supervisory level

Location:  Addis Ababa, Bahir Dar Area and Debre Markos Area
