Job Description
Do you have a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other related fields with a minimum of 4 years experience as a Human Resource Manager? Are you looking for more challenge in a fast growing professional company with a disciplined work culture?
• Plan, orgnize and manage HR functions for the organization and participates in developing HR goals, objectives and systems.
• Conducts annual salary surveys and analyzes compensation
• Lead a team of HR professionals and provide guidance and support as needed
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing and hiring of qualified job applicants.
• Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
• Oversee employee relations and address any issues that arise in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in employee engagement and celebration
• Oversee the development of strategies and plans for effective and efficient operations of employee wellness.
• Identify critical HR goals and success factors for the business; develop related action plans and deliver corresponding results.
• Drive effective leadership development and succession programs.
• Lead appropriate and integrated workforce communication across the company related to all HR matters.
• Manage disciplinary concerns of the Department's staff.
• Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, compliance regulations, and employment laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with all levels of the organization
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in HR software systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
• Ability to design and implement effective training and development.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful employee engagement programs
