Job Description

Do you have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Management, Business Administration or any other related field with 5+ years of work experience in Managerial or Administration role? Are you looking for more challenge in a fast-growing professional company with disciplined work culture?

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing administrative policies, procedures, and systems to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the company's objectives, facilitate effective communication, and drive interdepartmental coordination.

• Managing and optimizing office facilities, vehicles, other supplies, and equipment to create a productive and comfortable work environment for employees.

• Establishing and maintaining relationships with external vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing service level agreements.

• Monitoring industry trends and best practices in administrative management, incorporating innovative approaches where applicable.

• Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure smooth store operations and optimize inventory levels.

• Monitor inventory stock levels, conduct regular audits, and coordinate with purchasing and sales teams to maintain accurate records.

• Establish and maintain an efficient archive system for important documents and records.

• Implement appropriate protocols for document storage, retrieval, and disposal.

• Oversee the provision of legal support and guidance to the organization.

• Review and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

• Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and advise the executive team on legal matters that may impact the organization.
