Job Description

Company Overview:

We are seeking a highly competent, dedicated, and reliable Executive Assistant to support our dynamic and busy CEO. The ideal candidate will be equally adept at managing high-stake corporate matters and day-to-day administrative tasks with a clear focus on enabling the CEO to execute his responsibilities more effectively.

Responsibilities:

1. Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing his schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
2. Draft, review, and send emails and other correspondences on behalf of the CEO.
3. Represent the CEO in stakeholder meetings, board-level meetings, and other strategic gatherings.
4. Handle confidential information and communications with the utmost discretion.
5. Develop reports, presentations, and briefs on various business matters.
6. Assist with daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
7. Contribute to high-level corporate strategy discussions and decision-making processes.
8. Take accurate minutes during meetings and follow up on action points.
9. Coordinate with other staff members to ensure consistent communication and that deadlines are met.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant role, preferably within a multinational setting.
3. Proficient in both Amharic and English (spoken and written) with exceptional communication skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with high-profile stakeholders.
5. Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
6. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
7. Demonstrable ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
8. Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
9. Flexible with working hours to accommodate international business dealings.
