Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and ensure the smooth running of office operations, including utilities, office supplies, and office maintenance.
2. Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service.
3. Manage office traffic, ensuring that visitors are promptly and professionally attended to.
4. Liaise with various external organizations, clients, and government offices on behalf of the company.
5. Procure office supplies and manage inventory to ensure availability and continuity.
6. Coordinate with internal staff and support various departments as needed.
7. Support in the organization of company events, meetings, and other activities.
8. Handle any issues or queries and provide timely solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office administration or support role.
3. Excellent command of both Amharic and English (spoken and written).
4. Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, service-oriented attitude.
5. Problem-solving skills with a "can-do" attitude.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant office software.
7. Demonstrable experience in handling external stakeholders and managing customer relations.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
