Job Description
The E-commerce Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the day-to-day operations of Digital Marketing, vendor management, account management, and delivery of goods. This includes leading a team of employees, developing and implementing processes and procedures, monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics, and ensuring that all commercial activities run smoothly and efficiently to upsell vendor products and ensure that vendors are satisfied with the services provided by ashewa.com.
Create and implement effective commercial strategies to ensure and increase vendor and customer satisfaction on ashewa.com service;
Manage all vendor account activity in relation to photographs, contents, social media posts, sales, monthly reporting, and vendor testimony production;
Managing the performance of the commercial team members, setting targets and goals, and providing guidance and support to achieve those goals;
Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to streamline operations and improve efficiency;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as tech, and other support teams to implement marketing strategies that will help to increase sales and revenue;
Sourcing qualified suppliers for new projects, negotiating and confirming prices, and participating in supplier audits;
Controlling existing vendors, contract negotiation, signing, and update;
Manage the entire supply chain planning function including sourcing products, merchandise, and logistics planning;
Master and improve the quality of incoming products, improve supplier delivery performance and service level, and reduce cost;
Monitoring the delivery status and leading the team to solve problems in the ordering process;
Manage the customer complaint process end to end with support from the quality function, including proper handling of potential claims and ensuring that communication is effective with customers;
Manage commercial-related third-party service providers to ensure costs are competitive, service level agreements match business needs, and performance management systems are in place and effective;
Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of products to ensure continuous service to meet customer requirements;
Maintenance and updating the list of approved suppliers and evaluating suppliers according to the schedule;
Searching for new suppliers and maintaining good relationships with existing suppliers to generate better purchasing and payment conditions;
Make cost comparisons and provide sourcing recommendations after negotiations.
BA degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, or other related fields.
Minimum 5 years experience in Digital Marketing, Commercial, Sales and Marketing, sourcing, and vendor management in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, order management systems, and other relevant software tools.
Digital marketing strategy formulation and implementation experience in e-commerce companies is mandatory.
Strong leadership skills;
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
Deep understanding of Vendor management and sourcing;
A team player with a high level of dedication;
Self-motivated, result-oriented;
