Job Description

A human resource (HR) officer is a skilled and qualified HR expert whose role is pivotal to any organization with a workforce. They are responsible for managing every aspect of the employment process, including, orientation, and training of new staff members, and managing payroll.

Job Requirement

Educational Qualification: BA in Human Resource Management/Management  OR Diploma /TVET 10+3/ Level IV & COC Award in Human Resource Management/ Management

Work Experience: For BA, 1 year as Human Resource Assistant or equivalent experience in the Banking industry OR 1 year as Junior Human Resource Officer or equivalent experience OR For Diploma /TVET 10+3/ Level IV, 2 years as  Human Resource Assistant or equivalent experience in the banking industry OR 2 years as  Junior Human Resource Officer or equivalent experience

Place of Work: Addis Ababa, Head Office
