The Manager plans and coordinates the overall activities of the branch, and follows-up and evaluates Branch’s operations/targets on established performance parameters. He/she motivates and coaches the customer service officers responsible for the delivery of high quality service. He/she identifies and recruits potential customers and provides professional advice.

Job Requirement

• Educational Level and work Experience: BA in Management or Economics or Accounting & Finance or Marketing or Banking & Finance or Business Administration or other business related field of study with 3(three) years’ work experience in banking operations, out of which 1(one) year in supervisory position

• Remark: All listed Branches are placed under Dire Dawa District and Re-Advertisement  for branches – Togochale,- Kulbi,- Addis Ketema and –  Gende Kore
