Job Description
Provide technical assistance to computer users. Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, via telephone, or electronically. May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.
Job Requirement
Educational Qualification: BA in Administrative Service Management & Technology System or Information Technology or Marketing (Knowledge of additional foreign languages, other than English, is advantageous)
Work Experience: 2 years as IT Service Desk Officer II or equivalent or 5 years relevant experience in the banking industry OR 2 years as Senior IT Service Desk Officer or equivalent or 6 years relevant experience
Place of Work: Addis Ababa, Head Office
