Job Summery
The jobholder is responsible for ensuring technology infrastructure of the Bank to enable the Bank achieve growth, customer satisfaction and cost-effective service delivery for optimum returns. Specifically, the role will oversee IT systems, technical support, network architect and administration, database administration, data center operations, systems administration, and server and storage administration. S/he will identify, develop, deploy and retain staff within the Bank through effective talent management.
Job Requirement
Qualification & Experience: Master’s degree in computer science Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology and Information Systems or related field.Training in UNIX or other Operating system and Relational database ITIL, COBIT, TOGAF, and COSO Certification plus a minimum of twelve (12) years’ experience in IT Infrastructure and Service Management; of which five (5) years should be in a Managerial role preferably in the banking sector
