Job Description
Creating learning strategies, evaluating development needs, designing and delivering training programs, assessing learning effectiveness, and managing budgets and vendor relationships.
Education : A minimum of bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related fields of discipline from recognized higher learning institution
Experience : Must have a minimum of 2 years’ of experience as Junior Learning and Development Officer or equivalent in one of the learning and development functions
Additional Requirement:
Experience in Learning and Development, Training Coordination or related roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and work effectively in a team environment
