Job Description
Gender Officer will plan, implement and follow up on gender-related activities and provide support to Counterpart staff, partners and grantees on mainstreaming gender in their programs and activities, including design and implementation of trainings on gender-related topics.
Education & Experience Requirements : BA Degree in Gender Studies, Business Administration, Business Management, Management, Sociology, and related fields of study with 2years relevant banking experience. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
Competency Requirements : Core Competencies [Perseverance, Continuous Learning, Teamwork, Integrity and Trust, Customer Focus], Individual Competency [Action oriented, Interpersonal skill and Problem solving] and Technical Competencies [ Understanding of existing gender policy, analysis ability, computer skill, proven experience in the area of gender Mainstreaming, ability to provide policy advice on gender related issues and ability to use computer]
Additional/special skill: Knowledge of basic computer skill for all positions.
