This internship program will be provided for young women who are recent graduates or within a year after their graduation or Master's Class students or PhD candidates in law, social/political science, international relations, journalism, or other relevant fields of studies. Duties & Responsibilites: - Working with the project officer, Project coordinator, manager to establish priorities, schedules, and deadlines for task. - Assist in the development of Project Proposal - Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments, collecting field supportive supervision data, compiling reports, and summarizing information - Assist logistic facilitation in workshop/event coordination/facilitation - Assist to compile reports about particular events, or updates about an important issue for the implementation of the project activities

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Required Gender: Female Duties & Responsibilites: - Provide direct support and care for adult survivors of GBV and age-appropriate specialized support and care for adolescent, and girl child survivors of GBV, including counselling and case management. - Support adherence to GBV referral protocols and guiding principles for working with survivors.  - Read, understand and strictly respect donors and government compliances and support field office to respect the required compliance.

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social work, Gender, Public Health, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Supports the delivery of formal and on-the-job training and coaching for health and community workers, and other key stakeholders on protection principles, gender and MHPSS (Mental Health and Psychosocial Support) - Provides support to other agencies and local authorities in order to map services, collect data and provide monitoring reports - Provides individual and group Psychosocial Support and counselling to child and adult women & girl right holders/survivors either directly or thought supporting health/social workers

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Social Work or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Responsible for designing, planning and implementing outreach/community mobilization activities in the target area in coordination with other team members - In close collaboration with other MdM-FR team members, contribute to the design of the community-based strategy and action plan for outreach activities - Plan for weekly/monthly outreach and adjust to a flexible activity scheduling. - Coordinate and establish a network for social mobilization, when required and as deemed necessary, with other humanitarian actors operating in the same area;
