Overview
REALITY REAL ESTATE is a construction and real estate company striving to contribute significantly to the real Estate sector of Ethiopia. Currently, we are looking for competent professionals to be assigned immediately to the following vacant position.
Main duties and responsibilities
Preparing and managing budgets.
Attracting new tenants through advertising and promotion.
Addressing tenant complaints and inspecting vacated units.
Contracting and supervising repairs and maintenance work.
Supervising cleaning and security.
Collecting rent and handling operating expenses.
Preparing reports to supervisor

Requirements:
MA degree in management/business administration or related fields with a minimum of 6 years work experience in management of which 2 years’ experience in property management or BA degree in management/business administration or related fields with a minimum of 8 years work experience in management of which 2 years’ experience in property management.
