Job Description
Service Desk Officers provide IT support to computer users either in person or remotely.
Job Requirement
Educational Qualification: BA in Administrative Service Management & Technology System or Information Technology or Marketing (Knowledge of additional foreign languages, other than English, is advantageous)
Work Experience: 2 years as IT Service Desk Officer I or equivalent or 4 years relevant experience in the banking industry OR 2 years as IT Service Desk Officer II or equivalent or 5 years relevant experience
Place of Work: Addis Ababa, Head Office
