Job Description
Do you have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any other related field with 4 years of work experience with at least 2 years in a managerial position? Are you looking for more challenge in a fast-growing professional company with disciplined work culture?
Responsibilities:
• Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic.
• Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
• Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis.
• Build strategic relationships and partners with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
• Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard-copy brochures and case studies.
• Measure and review the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals.
• Analyze client behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
• Communicating with senior management about existing and new marketing activities.
• Coordinating with staff and subordinates.
Job Requirements
• A master's degree in marketing or an MBA is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
• A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. • Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with social media development strategies and online content marketing.
• An exceptional level of attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for delivering impactful marketing campaigns.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
