The Reservations Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily operations of the reservations department, including but not limited to: training and development of reservations agents, quality assurance of calls, creation and maintenance of reservations department schedule

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• BA Degree in Hotel Management, Food and Beverage Service, Hotel Management, Restaurant Management, Hotels and Tourism Management, Cooperative Business Management, Property Management, Management, Marketing Management or any related field of study from a recognized TVET/College/university with a minimum of 5 years work experience on similar areas at catering production/Operation/front desk/office area.

OR

• A Minimum of College Diploma/10+3//Level III Certificate in Hospitality Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Customer Relations Management,  Hotel Management or any related fields from a recognized TVET/College/university with a minimum of 7 years relevant experience
