Main Responsibility

• Dealing with all tax compliance matters, including preparation and filing of the annual corporate tax returns, VAT returns, and administering payroll;

• Retaining constant awareness of the company’s financial position and acting to prevent problems;

• Driving the financial planning of the company by analysing its performance and risks;

• Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis;

• Analyse trends to reduce financial risks associated with making an investment or spending decisions;

• Manage the cash-flow positions of the company by establishing credit Vs collection policies and schedules;

• Build usable budgets for the business, including evaluating the needs of each department in the long term;

• Approve all contractual agreements for products or services required financial resource obligations and commitments;

• Assures protection for the assets of the business through internal control, internal auditing and proper insurance coverage;

• Ensure the maintenance of appropriate financial records and preparation of required financial reports, including monthly distribution of financial reports to the management,

• Provides support for the senior management team in a making, including providing guidance and recommendation;

• Assist chief operating officers with long-range operating goals, expansion efforts, and implementations of advanced technologies;

• Supervises and coordinates the preparation of reports to government entities, including monitoring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations;

• Providing oversight on tax management, internal controls, and audit-related matters;

• Coordinate the preparation and submission of year-end tax returns and timely license renewals;

• Develop, review, update, and adhere to financial policies and procedures.

Job Requirements  

 Academic Qualification

• MBA Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field, preferably in the manufacturing sector

  • ACCA, CPA certification is an added value

Skills & Abilities

• Excellent Analytical and detail-oriented;

  • High level of integrity and accountability

  • Create usable budgets for the business, including evaluating the needs of each department in the long term

  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

  • Through understanding of the policies and practices used in the manufacturing sectors;

  • Ability to set long-term goals and communicate them to others;

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders;

Experience: 12+ years of experience and of which 6+ years in a Managerial role.
