Job Type: Project Based Contract, with Possibility of Extension
Remuneration: As per the company scale
Major Responsibilities:
Ensuring the proper and effective operation of a business
Overseeing the day-to-day work and operations of lower-level employees to ensure adherence to organization guidelines
Technology usage and uptake /By self, NGO’s, Beneficiaries, Government Body and other stake holders
Agent and Merchant Recruitment and on boarding
Document appraisal, document submission to the Bank & Proper documentation
Data management /accuracy and validity/
Customer follow up and support
On the job training
Customers repayment follow-up and make sure they are aware of their repayment schedule
Manage relationships with Government body, NGO, the Bank, beneficiary and all other stakeholders
Data management /accuracy and validity/
Ensuring effective communication
Ensuring technology usage /by self, lower-level staff, stake holders/
Taking on human resources duties, that include KPI setting, performance measurement, report consolidation
Providing training and development for staff
Ensuring quality consistency across the region
Job Requirements:
BA in Management or related Business fields
Experience:
Min. 3 Years Experience in Business operation
