Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Social Science, Law, Development Studies, Statistics or in a related field of study with relevant work experience (Based in Addis Ababa with travel to Dessie) Duties & Responsibilites: - Understand the full scope, methodology, and objectives of the LLEARN project.  - Coordinate and oversee field operations for KIIs, SSIs and surveys across all target locations.  - Review and verify the quality of data collected in the field (both quantitative and qualitative).  - Maintain continuous communication with the CEHRO project team, providing regular updates.  - Analyze both quantitative and qualitative data with guidance from the CEHRO team.

Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Statistics, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilites: - Lead and supervise enumerators and field teams during data collection.   - Monitor the accuracy and completeness of collected data on a daily basis.  - Provide regular updates to the Field Coordinator and CEHRO team on field progress, challenges, and key observations.  - Support the training of enumerators and ensure they understand the survey instruments and interview techniques.  - Ensure that informed consent is properly obtained and documented.  Deliverables: - Daily field updates to the Field Coordinator - Clean and validated data collection outputs  - Final report on field operations and lessons learned 

Master's Degree in Political Science, International Relations, Peace and Security Studies, Conflict Management and Resolution, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 2 years as an Assistant Researcher

Bachelor's Degree in law, social sciences, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - The MEL Officer, under the supervision of and reporting directly to the Executive Director, shall assume the following specific responsibilities for the length of his/her employment with LHR - Create and maintain a sustainable MEL monitoring and reporting system to develop realistic and convenient data collection plans, periodically review data, perform data analysis, and report findings in cooperation and coordination with Activity staff and national partners - Develop data gathering and record keeping systems to monitor performance indicators with quantifiable data establishing baselines, denoting progress, and measure actual results compared to expected results

Enrolled in a postgraduate degree programme (such as a master’s programme, or higher) or recently graduated with a first university degree (bachelor’s or equivalent), in economics, public policy, development studies or related Social Science discipline is required Duties & Responsibilites: - Undertake background research on specific Blue Economy themes and contexts in Africa where requested, - The work will likely entail data collection and analysis of SDGs at national and sub-national levels. - Develop a database of CBSPOs in Africa using the CBSP report’s household surveys and transcripts; including an analysis report on the transcripts.

PhD or Equivalent Doctoral Degree in Political Science, International Relations, Peace and Security Studies, Conflict Management and Resolution, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 5 years as a Researcher
