Job Description

Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the spa establishment in order to provide guests with the best customer experiences. They oversee the activities and performance of staff, manage the financial aspects of the Spa, deal with suppliers and run advertising campaigns for the spa in order to attract more customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive attitude through open communication, understanding and respect;

  • Anticipate, identify and ensure customer needs are being met in the best possible way;

  • Develop and deliver credible, competitive, value-plus service to the customer;

  • Guide staff to become caring problem solvers, cooperative, accommodating and fair;

  • Exhibit a professional attitude, diplomacy and an ability to handle difficult situations;

  • Ensures all employees have the proper supplies, equipment and uniforms to improve service quality;

  • Manages supplies and inventories within budget without compromising the purity of wellness areas and equipment;

  • Understands the impact of the department's operations on the overall financial goals and objectives and strive to achieve or exceed budgeted goals.

  • Cooperates with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.

  • Emphasizes guest satisfaction during all departmental meetings, focusing on continuous improvement and guest complaints;

  • Solicits employee feedback, utilizing an "open door" policy and reviewing employee satisfaction results to identify and address employee concerns;

  • Ensures employees understand the expectations and parameters of the wellness center so as to bring issues to the attention of the wellness manager as timely as necessary;

  • Participates in employee progressive discipline procedures and recognition program;

  • Supports a wellness orientation program for employees to receive the appropriate new hire training to successfully perform their job;

  • Ensure customers and guests receive friendly, professional and consistent personalized service from all team members;

  • Booking appointments for Spa accurately through phone, in person, and through emails;

  • Ensure high motivation, provision of high quality service and ongoing development;

  • Manage customer feedback effectively to ensure continuous service improvement

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements 

Academic Qualification

  • Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management and related fields

    • Broad knowledge regarding the work procedures of Massage and Morocco bath, Facial, Makeup, Nail Art and hair styling

Additional Skills

  • Enjoys working with people;

    • Excellent communication and mediation skills

    • Self-directed and detail oriented;

    • Flexible, punctual, reliable, and confident;

    • Can stand for up to 8 hours a day

Salary: As per the company scale plus performance bonus
