a) Job Summary:

The responsibilities of an ERP Project Functional Consultant include but are not limited to setup and implementing the company’s ERP Modules, conducting site surveys, gathering clients’ requirements, and preparing SRS documents.

b) Job Duties and Responsibilities

· Perform a site survey and collect the client’s requirements properly;

· Prepare SRS documents;

· Configure our company's ERP modules, and/or host the cloud applications with proper setup, business rules, and workflows;

· Conduct training to clients during project implementation as well as to his/her colleagues as needed;

· Conduct product demo presentations to clients as needed;

· Setup and maintain security access including assignment of user access controls based on their role and responsibilities;

· Develop and maintain integration of our modules with other cloud and on-premise applications like Peachtree, etc.;

· Support clients when they close their financial activities;

· Test our products, releases and provide useful feedback;

· Inform the clients and give professional support when there are new updates and patches and monitor the rollout of new features;

· Document the whole implementation files, data mapping, training materials, and other documents and information as needed;

· Maintain accountability of both the company and client properties; adhere to safety practices;

· Communicate properly and professionally with the clients and know the status of the project performance each day until the project is completed and handover to the customer service department;

· Understand the business domain and analyze escalation issues, and forward the professionally analyzed and summarized escalation request to the Software Development department;

· Demonstrate a commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working environment;

· Ensure his/her day-to-day activities promote sustainability and reduce wastage of the company’s resources: including time, energy, telecommunication, and other IT resources;

Job Requirements

a) Required Skills and Abilities

· Proven experience in configuring other ERP modules, setting up role-based access controls, approval rules, workflows, charts of accounts, etc.

· In-depth knowledge in

• Functional flows - financial records and reporting: sub-ledgers to the general ledger, period-end, bank reconciliations, procurement, human resources, etc.,

• Finance processes – Payables, Receivables, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management

• Procurement processes – Inventory Items, Purchase Orders, etc.,

• Technical architecture of database table structures and database preparation, application security, transactional and master data structures, etc.

· Experience in documenting

• Setups & configurations,

• End-user training materials for using the ERP modules;

• Mapping inbound and outbound integrations with Cloud modules

• Change management artifacts like change requests, implementation guides, and escalation requests;

· Proficiency in MySQL database creating PL/SQL packages, functions, procedures, and, etc.,

· Good presentation skills;

· High verbal and written communication skills;

· Efficient and effective resources utilization skills;

·  Ability to work under pressure and keep deadlines;

·  Readiness to do a given activity to its best standard;

b) Qualifications and Work Experience:

B.A/B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems MIS, BIS, and Accounting and has a minimum of 2 years of ERP Project implementation work experience;
