·Receive job orders and arrange site visits, gather customer requirements, prepare bills of materials, and prepare a project plan: including defining the project scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating key performance indicators;

·Prepare project charter and review SRS documents;

·Make a close follow-up with VIPs and other customers and design an effective communication and problem-solving strategy to meet their requirements and make them satisfied;

·Manage the relationships with key project stakeholders, and create benchmarks for success, and deliverables;

·Assign experts on each active project and lead them effectively;

·Participate in and supervise each stage of the project implementation process;

·Ensure the implementation of each project stays on the approved schedule and adheres to the deadlines;

·Determine and oversee consistent project follow-up, evaluation, and feedback at all stages of the project implementation process;

·Track milestones, deliverables, schedule change requests, and properly taking lessons learned from each project;

·Motivates functional consultants and other team members to get maximum productivity to deliver the projects on time and make the company profitable;

.Deliver the projects to clients at the most meeting their requirements and performing regular checks on the projects’ performance;

b) Qualifications and Work Experience:

· B.A/B.Sc. in Project Management, Business Administration, Management, MIS, BIS, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, and Information Systems and has a minimum of 8 years of ERP Project implementation work experience;

. MA/MBA/M.Sc. in Project Management, Business Administration,  Management, MIS, BIS, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, and Information Systems and has a minimum of 6 years of ERP Project implementation work experience;
