Job Description

The incumbent is responsible for handling performance management in branch operations in the department. Analyse employee appraisal reports received and ensure that aggregate findings are consistent with bank wide and unit performance for the time. The Senior Officer is in charge of employee performance management operations on an individual or team basis, the job holder will monitor employee performance and assist in giving feedback and management of corrective measures aimed at improving performance. He/she also assists in the conduct of research/studies that contribute to the establishment of the Bank's employee performance management policies and processes

Job Requirements

Education and Experience:

o   Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related discipline from a reputable university.

o   At least five 3 years relevant experience with 2 years as Officer Level II or equivalent. post-qualification experience in a similar role
