Job Description
The prime responsibility of the job holder is to drive development of the department’s strategy and lead in its execution, study marketable locations for ATMs, expedite deployment, and monitor their smooth operations, drive the aggressive recruitment/selection and expansion of digital products across the country, timely resolve issues of customers related to disputed transactions or those others with settlement issues, and undertake other generic duties of the department.
Required Education and Experience: MA/MBA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration or related field, with 8/10 years of banking professional experience of which 4 years should be at a Managerial/Supervisory position in Digital Banking
