Job Description

  • Human resources managers plan, design and implement processes related to the human capital of companies. They develop programs for recruiting, interviewing, and selecting employees based on a previous assessment of the profile and skills required in the company.

Job Requirement

  • Educational Background:  MA/BA Degree in HR, Management, and related

  • Experience :   3/4 Years in related work out of which 2 years  experience in banking and /or microfinance is advantageous
