Job Description
Secretaries perform a variety of administrative tasks to help keep an organisation run smoothly. They answer telephone calls, draft and send e-mails, maintain diaries, arrange appointments, take messages, file documents, organise and service meetings, and manage databases.
Education : Diploma/BA Degree in Secretarial Science & Office Management, Business Administration, Management or related fields.
Experience: 8/6 years of relevant post qualification experience out of which 4/2 years as senior secretary.
Knowledge and Skill : Excellent communication skill and personality.
Written & Spoken English language Proficiency.
Excellent office management & organizing skill
