The job holder is responsible for handling employee performance management & development activities, monitoring timely and accurate completion of performance appraisals, capturing, updating and maintaining HRM information into the system, He/she supports succession planning and management activities, contributes to the development and integration of competency models within the performance management system and participates in HR planning and HR studies and design activities
Required Education and Experience: Minimum BA Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or Management or Public administration with a minimum of 3 years related work experience in human resource management
