MSc or BSc in project management, economics, engineering, development studies, public health, sociology, disaster risk management, rural development or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Ensure careful management of the different phases of the project/s/ against time - Lead responsibility to the right use of budgets according to budget plans and revise timely as and when needed to do so - Ensure humanitarian standards, protocols and the IRC program quality standards are incorporated to enhance quality programming

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Monitoring and evaluation, Impact measurement, Project Management and planning, statistics, social sciences, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Coordinate and take a leading role in the development and implementation of the program’s monitoring and evaluation system for impact and outcome measurement, using feminist and participatory methods to build the system with WRO partners and for multiple reporting needs - Oversee the development, regular update and implementation of the Performance Measurement Framework and MEAL plan to capture Program performance and results, including activity, output and outcome monitoring, baseline, mid and end line assessments, and all monitoring for process/fidelity of implementation and outcome evaluations - Facilitate participatory processes with program partners for the development and implementation of the program’s MEAL system
