Job Summery

The job holder is responsible for establishes short and long term goals for the talent development program, conduct training need assessment and gap analysis, develop training plan, delivery methods and calendar, and conduct pre and post training assessment, manage external training provider relationships and designs the overall training strategy, programs, and management resources, manage On-the-job and Off the Job trainings including e-learning, and undertake other generic duties of the division

Job Requirement

  • Required Education and Experience:  MA/MBA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration or related field, with 8/6 years of banking professional experience of which 2 years should be at supervisory position in talent development

Place of Work:  Head Office
