Job Description
The jobholder is responsible for supervising the efficient management and maintenance of IT equipment and ensuring smooth IT operations within the Bank. This role involves managing a team, coordinating equipment procurement, tracking inventory, implementing operational processes and supporting endpoint hardware and network infrastructure in the Bank
Job Requirement
Qualification & Experience: Bsc Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering and Information Technology. Masters in IT related field (added advantage). Professional Certificates in IT areas such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), ITIL4, CompTIA Network+ and A+ (an added advantage) plus a minimum of 8 years’ experience in IT in banking areas.
