Dugda Construction Plc is BC/SC-1 Construction Company that is engaged in the Building Construction, Special Foundation & Supply Ready Mix Concrete. Our Company is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position listed below.

Technical Competency

• Technical  Experience in Tender Preparation Management

• Strong knowledge of Planning & Organizing, Analytical Thinking.

• Coordination, listening, communication and comprehension skills

Main Responsibility & Duties

• Lead and organize all of contractual matters in relation with request for approval, clarifications and acceptance of data with clients, consultants and other stake holders for contract administration related cases only.

• Takeover Contract Document & Check its completeness.

• Record site Handover date, commencement date.

• Process Advance Payment Guarantee & Performance Bond.

• Process Advance Payments, material on site payments, price adjustment or escalation documents or payments.

• Prepares the bids, submits and follows the bids. Follows bid announcements and makes summary of the requirements.

• Updates the company profile document regularly. Collects, makes records of all required documents for bid formulation and files in soft and hard copy.

Job Requirements

• MA/BSc Degree in Civil Engineering and Related Field of study

• 8/10 Years and 3/4 years at Similar Position
