•  To provide various transportation services across the company. Transport products, materials, equipment, and company staff and guests to and from specified locations.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Operational Delivery

•  Safely transporting company staff as well as various products and materials to and from specified locations in a timely manner.

•  Ensuring that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid damage and theft.

•  Report any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to immediate supervisor.

•  Keeping the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and vehicle maintenance.

•  Reporting any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management.

•  Adjusting travel routes to avoid traffic congestion or road construction.

• Providing accurate time records of the company vehicle’s coming and goings.

•  Keeping up to date records of trip schedules, vehicles condition reports, fuels records and other reports present to F&F supervise.

•  Ensuring vehicles are not filled to capacity.

• Fueling vehicles as well as keeping vehicles clean.

•  Identifying and handling emergency situation.

• Checking fuel tanks, engine oil, transmission, jack, extra tires and other required accessories of service. 

• Assisting with the loading and offloading of passenger’s luggage, products, and materials when needed.

• Looking maintenance of vehicles and ensuring proper functioning of vehicles before and after travel.

•  Fuel efficiency 

• Renovating the vehicle's license to go on.

• Following all rules according to procedure of safety travel. 

• Sound knowledge of road safety regulations. 

• Working knowledge of local roads and routes.

Job Requirements

• QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

The incumbent is required to have the following qualifications and experience level:

• Complete secondary school or Diploma in business fields.

• Valid driving license over 3 years and clean diving record.

•  Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role.
