Job Description
Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Customer service Officer, the billing clerk is responsible for invoicing all sales orders proceed on the MARAKI (ERCA) system. Print and attached the cash or credit sales invoice to the bunch of documentation of each customer order invoiced in NAV.
Prepare cash and credit sales invoice on the ERCA system, based on documentation obtained from customer service officer, as per the Sales Order Process.
Ensure the necessary attachement (Customer PO, NAV invoice, Shipping document) are provided for the invoice preparation.
Generate Z report at the end of every month and also in excel sheet as per ERCA requirement.
Report daily sales invoiced at the end of the business day.
Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
Work with customer service officer to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.

Education Qualifications and Requirement
Diploma Accounting or related in Business Administration from recognized institutions
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, accounting. Cash register
Experience working in ERP and any sales and marketing activity is a plus
