Pastry Commi-II To ensure that daily food preparations meet outlined recipes including portion size, quantity and quality. To assist the Pastry Chef in the creation of desserts, afternoon tea, petits-fours and breads.
Job Requirement
Qualification & Experience: Level II or Certificate in Pastry and Bakery ,2 years or above experience
Basic competencies: Desired professional relatedness, necessary skills, and experience required are paramount.
