F&B Cost Controller Duties and Responsibilities: Able to effectively control the Food & Beverage Cost. Control the Food and Beverage outlets in terms of wastage, pilferage and efficiency. Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage and communicating with relevant parties
Job Requirement
Qualification & Experience: BA Degree or Diploma in Finance & Accounting, Food and Beverage Control Plus 2/3 or above years’ Experience
Basic competencies: Desired professional relatedness, necessary skills, and experience required are paramount.
