PhD in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administrat in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Support the CEO in executing strategic plans, managing company-wide initiatives, and overseeing construction-related business activities. - Supervise and coordinate ongoing construction projects, including site development, procurement, budgeting, and subcontractor performance. - Ensure construction projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with safety and legal standards. - Oversee operational efficiency across departments (procurement, logistics, finance, HR). - Ensure compliance with Ethiopian construction laws, labor regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines. - Serve as a central point of contact between the CEO and internal teams, contractors, consultants, and external stakeholders. - Monitor company KPIs and construction-specific performance indicators (timelines, budgets, quality).
