• The department head of a school is responsible for leading the development of a specific subject area, and for managing the teaching staff and financial resources allocated to them under their department.

Job Requirement

Requirements: BED/BA/MA in English Foreign Language and Literature, in Mathematics, in Physics, Biology, Chemistry or General science respectively.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as subject teacher or department head.

• Required numbers: 4

• Deep understanding of the national curriculum

• Ability to work effectively to a high standard, under pressure, and meeting deadlines

• Knowledge of computers and ability to use ICT tools for record-keeping and as an instructional tool.

• Excellent handwriting and work ethics is mandatory.
