• Educational Background : MSc or BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Hydraulics Engineering, Irrigation Engineering, Construction technology (COTM) or related fields

• Maximum : 5/4

• Experience with similar works:  > 3 years

• Remark:  Specifically worked on Irrigation & Dam.
