Responsible for managing the flow of money and other valuable assets within an organization and ensure that all transactions are handled in a timely and accurate manner, while also ensuring that proper procedures are always followed.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for bank reconciliation daily, weekly, and monthly basis,

• Prepare daily corporate cash position,

• Report all the Cash In transit accounts

• Involve on cash flow forecasting preparation,

• Prepare Bank loans report (principal and interest),

• Review for new loans, lines of credit, or other forms of financing,

• Review all cash management transactions,

• Maintain and update the master database for all bank accounts under the group,

• Maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities,

• Collect bank charges and remit to site chief accountants for recording,

• Control check number series reconciliation (check pad, check payment printout VS AX),

• Calculate interest and send to site chief accountants for accrual recording on monthly closing,

• Perform reconciliation of interest from bank statement against accrual,

• Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor

• Involve a range of situations in executing daily cash processes such as bank transfers and foreign exchange transactions, which require in-depth analysis or comparison of a range of options.

• Provide and receive financial information which requires persuasive skills, complex or sensitive information, or provide advice, instruction.

• Communication is within and/ or outside the company i.e., supervisors, banks, etc.

• Require minimal work-related physical effort.

• Require frequent and intense concentration for prolonged hours to monitor and analyze the cash flow of the Company.

• Required to manage cash and financial resources effectively.

Job Requirements

•   B.A. Degree in Accounting/Finance,

• Minimum of 2 years for BA degree work experience

•   Training & Practical experience in Accounting Software/ERP preferably AX Dynamics.

•   Good at Customer service

•  Communication skills,
